Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park (245 kilometers - 4 hours)
Pick up from your beach hotel in Diani or Bamburi at 06:00 and depart to Tsavo East National Park (12,000 square kilometers). Upon entering the park, the driver will open the roof of your bus so you can stand up with the wind in your hair. Welcome to Africa, the safari has begun! Tsavo is the largest national park in Kenya and is split into East and West by the highway. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later enjoy time for relaxation before setting off back into the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight stay at Lion Hill Lodge or similar on a full-board basis.
Day 2: Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa (245 kilometers - 4 hours)
You will have a morning safari and then drive back to beach hotel arriving late in the afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel and it will end the safari services.
